It's a simple tool of swiping positive thoughts towards you and swiping negative thoughts away, and I didn't think it would do much as none of them are groundbreaking, but within two weeks I found that this had helped me feel much more positive. I can combat negative automatic thoughts in my everyday life with the positive statements. There are limited 'journeys', but I just go back round again when I finish each one. A good tool if you stick with it, even though it's simple!

This has a noticeable positive effect on my mood. I think it would be improved if we could add our own negative/positive thought statements. The user would write a thought and then categorize it as helpful or unrealistic/unhelpful on their own (maybe based on CBT distortions).

Unfortunately, I was not able to get past the initial screen as I ran into loading errors. I was hoping to use this for pushing away ROCD thoughts.

I purchased the full version of the original app for ~£15 (which guaranteed lifetime access), which I found quite helpful. I was highly disappointed to find out that the original app is no longer on my phone and has instead been replaced by an app that charges a monthly subscription. Fair enough if the creators want to follow this model, but I do find it very unfair that the early adopters who paid full price for the original app no longer have access to it.

I paid for the full version (which guaranteed lifetime access) before they updated it. Now they're saying I have to pay monthly? This feels like a scam and could potentially damage people who they've once helped. This is dangerous
