When trying to register they ask for a French phone number. What's the point if you first ask to add the international prefix?

I had a terrible experience with this as a tourist in Paris. You buy a ticket, and it lets you into the metro (there was a clear beep and the gate opened), but somehow the ticket does not get validated. Then, when I tried to leave there were ticket inspectors, and they fined me €50 because the ticket was not validated. The inspector blamed ME for not checking that the ticket was validated, when it is YOUR fault for having a broken system that doesn't function properly!

UX is terrible. Like no one run users test … if you forget your password you fall in a loop with the verification per email. A bad connection you don't have any access to the tickets you paid. Metro/train/RER Tickets do not show
