★★★★★ Easy to use app for booking visits to KAEC.

★★★★★ Exceptional experience when I last visited, however, there is a little problem with the App, I tried to re-book for 09th July 21, but Alert popped up saying Permit already been granted, but that was not the case as I didn't receive any mail or a barcode, had to reschedule my visit to 16th July 21.

★★☆☆☆ The app given black screen, it is not working properly. Anyhow, it was ok for long time on Android before V 14. Now definitely not ok with Xiaomi android 14

★★☆☆☆ The app is not well configured. To pick a date of birth you will have to scroll on monthly basis, for older people like us your finger goes numb before you get to it. This is not how these things are designed nowadays. Also, the Visa number is not accepted. It means the format for Visa number has not been included in the first item thereby rendering the app impossible to use by visitors.
