I don't normally talk to doctors online. This is the first time. And I have to say it was a good experience. Doctor responded in about 7–8 minutes. First asked many questions to understand my situation and then explained my case to me with symptoms, causes and diagnosis. Great experience, so awesome! Will return and recommend my friends also!

A Very disrespectful doctor: (mohamed el badrawry). Poor communication. A handwriting so bad the pharmacists couldn't read it. Incredibly impatient with a woman who couldn't breathe. (Dr Nagib) a truly dedicated, sincere, professional and very experienced Dr in his field. He saved my mom's life and stayed with us until every question had been answered and medications written down and checked for understanding. He was patient and a truly wonderful doctor.

Very bad experience (Mohamed el Badrawy) The doctor was careless He only cares about the money, and he refused to answer the phone when the patient needed follow-up information. He gave random medication that did not fit the case

Worst medical experience ever, it was obvious that the doctor came only for the money, he didn't assess the patient properly, didn't give his medical opinion, didn't even have a prescription paper to write the needed tests on & he asked for more than the amount mentioned in the application, it was a waste of both our time and money, such a disappointment.
