★★★★★ No, need to go to the hospital for non-emergency situations. They have doctors in most specialties, that you can see and speak too. Very fast and easy. Also, I like the home lab tests very useful.

★★☆☆☆ Don't use them . They are the worst . Late test . Late results . No professional customer service . And 3 days after the test we are still waiting for them to upload the test result on katakana! No shame at all . The only thing on time was taking the money. لا تحمل التطبيق ورح إلى أقرب مستشفى احسن لك . أسوأ خدمه ممكنه تأخير في الفحص . تأخير في النتيجه . وللان لم يتم رفع نتائج الفحص على توكلنا لا انصح باستخدامهم ابدا

★★☆☆☆ The app leaves a lot to be desired. Booked an appointment for pcr testing at home@ noon. No confirmation. Stayed up till 3 am waiting. All morning from 8 am, and I am inquiring if the testing team will show up. No answer. Am I giving them another 1/2 hour to respond before I look elsewhere. The application is bad, and the response (WhatsApp, email) from them is even worst
