★★★★★ Fitness time employee Humphrey Is my guy. He can be You’re guy too. Great facility, clean halls, clean pool overall one of the best gyms I have been to.

★★★★★ Before covid, they use to provide all types of creams, lotions and mouthwash. Now after three years of covid with increased prices auch services are still on hold and moreover al Fridays gym exclusive for sabic but no cold and hot Jacuzzi available for customers.

★★☆☆☆ Very poor customer service in KSA. I was trying to subscribe for sab credit card offer, and it shows that u already redeemed offer by this card but I actually I didn't redeem. I contacted fitness team on Instagram and also by call & submitted my complaint and following up with them from last 3 weeks but no any support provided by them, and they are asking me to just wait
