★★★★★ Edit: ticket was not displayed at first, so I had to fill the customer care form to redisplay the ticket. They were superfast with it and redisplayed it in 1 hour!!! Excellent service. App can still be improved!!

★★★★★ Their support is good and fast! At first, I have an issue with the SMS authentication and couldn't use the application. Then I reported and contacted them. They fix the issue, and now I can use the app.

★★☆☆☆ If you don't give phone calls permission it tries to load indefinitely something and display no error message.

★★☆☆☆ No English version. Received confirmation authentication code. No idea where to enter it. Can't buy tickets yet, because I haven't been confirmed.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely horrible. Can't even use it on most android phones and even when negotiating with people from Lawson if there could be other ways to show the ticket, they will always deny your request. Terrible app, terrible service
