This company is a fraud!! It's been a month after I applied for a refund for my international air tickets and I still haven't gotten my money back!! I've called their customer service a million times and every time they replied with the same excuse that the money is still held by the airline. I've also contacted the airline themselves, and they said my tickets have been refunded to 携程旅行网! 携程旅行网 is withholding my money till now. Don't ever spend any money on this app, or you won't get it back

I booked a flight from China to Italy on 5th July 2025. They have changed my boarding time in the last 3 hours. I asked for a refund they never replied me or refunded me until today. I advise everyone not to use this app again theivs. They are just punch of jokers😡till today they did not refund! Scammer thieve uselessness
