★★★★★ Lotte cinema mobile app UI is a very powerful and user friendly well-designed based in elaborately interactive function. It will help you to view details of personal information modification or payment details by theater. Moreover, you can have very quick response from 1:1 questions. I'm sure it is much better than your expectations!

★★☆☆☆ It's intentionally nonfunctional. Some big wig @ Lotte thought filtering out all internet traffic from outside Korea is smart. It's not. If you're IN KOREA roaming on KT with AT&T, T-Mobile, Google Fi etc. you cannot load lottecinema.co.kr and thus the app also will not open. DO NOT BUY A TICKET if that url won't work for you. The cinema Wi-Fi is bad, and you won't be able to load your ticket. Also, the app and site fail abroad, so you cannot buy a friend a movie ticket, or for yourself after arrival

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in, disappointed Can't loging to my account. If you don't care about your customers that can't develop app better to provide English version. I would understand if small company or only one developer, with so many resources you could do way better than this.
