Easy to use. I can't get it to take photos in the app. I have to take them with my camera each time and upload them which is a tiny hassle. And it freezes up and won't sync quite often. I have to go into my settings and start deleting things to make room.

This app definitely helos with nitpicky training, timesheets, inputting of data, compartmentalizing different aspects of your work ; thereby; allowing you to be able to pick and choose accounts, with access at your fingertips.

The app is very cumbersome. It takes too much time to get to a checking point so that you can start being paid for your time. It bogs down, kicks you out, loses your data, it doesn't save report answers until you PAUSE, that is the only save point. You have to give a reason why you want to save your work, Duh!! If you have paused & go back to answer your questions, if you get knocked out, your answers are wiped, gone! Horrible! Uploading photos can be a nightmare! 1 star is too high for this app!

This app is the worst! I can't submit my Plans for my team as their supervisor I have to have my plans done by a certain time. I get emails from my market manager for my plans not being completed. This is a terrible inconvenience that needs to be fixed.

I use the app for work, and lately it has been having a lot of trouble synching and can take forever to check in or out of a location. Oftentimes, I have to restart my phone to get it to register that a call is done or that I have checked out of a location.
