Avoid!!!!!!! You'll get a nice intro offer but they set up auto payments and wrap it up in fine print. You'll get multiple emails daily about the program but no reminders that they'll charge your account, and you have to cancel 24 hours before the payment comes out. Sam Wood doesn't give a s%$t about you or your goals and just wants your money

Think twice!!! They use highly unethical strategies to trap customers into an unwanted subscription... minimal information provided at the time of signing up, no email confirmation regarding subscription dates, direct customers to this App where they cannot see their subscription details and send no reminders or notifications that a payment is upcoming. Reviews on Product Review and their Facebook show that many others have had the same experience. Customer service response was terrible too.
