Basically a good "remote" phone service, or at least that is my primary use. Allows the use of my cellphone for client phone calls 24/7 without handing out my cellphone number. Having done that once and getting client calls at 2:00 a.m. (once because they had way too much to drink and were 'lost' in a neighborhood and needed directions) 3CX lets my staff handle client calls during work hours, or patch me in as if I was in the office, and after hours I can answer or screen through voicemail.

A game changer for us. Gives us the freedom to work away from the Office but never miss a call, anywhere, any time, overseas included. If required I can go to the App and choose 'Away' or 'Do Not Disturb' if I don't want my phone to ring temporarily but someone else (either office or someone else with the App on their mobile) can still take the call, or in the unlike event there is no-one to take the call, the caller can leave a Voicemail and I can retrieve that message on the App from my mobile

As an app developer I suggest apps to improve their abilities after using the apps. I want to suggest you that there should be an option of subtitles with calls. I'll suggest you more if you want.

Alarmingly dysfunctional. This app will not hold calls, crash the app, drop calls, and has frozen my phone. If your company uses this product, and you rely on phones. Attempt to use the website or leave the company.

The in camera app won't scan the QR code so does not work at all

Audio quality is terrible. It often freezes and calls drop regularly. When driving in the car it often stops my music from playing even long after a call is finished.
