★★★★★ There's really no competition. 99 is just a good App and the service is also excellent. Rating from Brazil.

★★★★★ Would love option to ask for language. i.e. English-speaking if available.

★★☆☆☆ If you have time, take 99. If you're in a hurry, take an Uber buddy.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to install before going to Brazil but have extreme difficulty in setting it up. Google map was defaulting to this app, but I couldn't successfully set it up. A waste of time and the reviews shared my experience.

★★☆☆☆ Didn't show the exact price to pay for the journey. Once it has shown 19.1 reals and I've got exactly this amount

★★☆☆☆ For no good reason, this app geo-blocks users from certain regions, so it cannot be installed, even if you're visiting a country that they operate in. There's no reason for this, and it just leads to a loss of revenue

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't give you the discounts that they promise. For example, I go to work, and it cost me about 10R$ to have a trip from home to work, and it gives me a discount of 2R$ I accept, but when they charge me, i don't receive the discount.
