I use it to plan ahead of a drive with my EV to find the best suitable route, after that it's the car nav and an app that shares plug information. While driving, it's not that helpful and buggy at times.

With all the positive reviews, I had high hopes that this would help us to plan a long distance trip with our Chevrolet Bolt, but I can't get past the first step. The car selection is non-existent; it prompted me to request the vehicle we are driving. I did that, but this doesn't help if we want to leave right away. I tried to look for charging stations along the highway but the only ones that show up are for Teslas. Is this app for Teslas only?

My advice, do not subscribe to premium I subscribe to premium package because I am expecting to use live data. To my horror, it doesn't work because you need to buy dongle. And it does not guarantee it will work. In my case, I suppose to use freedom website. To my horror you need to set up server for freedom. I have no skill to set up server. And the abrp plugin that suppose to work with freedom, do not have proper documentation how to set up the plugin. Because some info need to come from the vehicle.

Not really worth using. The app seems to choose longer and slower routes. It avoids fast chargers for slow charges. It adds super short charging stops to have you 30 miles them charge again for a long period of time. It doesn't route you over freeways uses only 2 lane highways. It will also avoid taking a direct route when going between 2 charging stops. I tried planning 5 different trips finding it added 2 hours or more to the travel time (this doesn't include charging time)
