I phoned today instead of using app, but I have used it & it's great apart from two little problems the first two times I got picked up, my pickup point was a Shell Garage & there are two Shell Garages one on each side of the street but a roundabout between them & at first they kept going to the wrong one, but now they know now what they're doing..... So 5 🌟 from me. .

Downloaded the app and I cannot get a 4-digit code through. Doesn't even give another option.

Despite booking a taxi 12 hours in advance through the app, nobody turned up. Called them 10 minutes after a taxi should have arrived, only to be told they were still looking for a driver to assign and that nobody was in our area at that time. Shambles

After prebooking a taxi after finishing a 12-hour shift the taxi was booked for 2000 hours I waited outside thinking the taxi driver would turn up any minute it was cold and raining I waited until 2010 and still no tsxi I phoned the taxi company and asked what had happened and why my taxi wasn't here only to be told by the operater of A1 that it eould be here in 5 minutes at about 2020 the taxi finally turned up no apology or any sort for keeping a regular customer waiting
