I opened the useless app and even tried to be gone through every single module of this app. Govt is just making fool of public only. App is getting stuck on every step and taking infinity time to open one single module. There is no back step if you get stuck in loop, and then we need to force stop the app and open again. Seriously useless.

They tag unknown persons to random mobile numbers without bothering to validate the numbers. Probably using this mechanism to indulge in corrupt practices and siphoning money. Unfortunately it's bring done by Government entities. And not giving provision to deboard those persons.
