★★★★★ I noticed Swiss version removed PostFinance as a payment method, which has also happened with Zalando some time ago. I don't get why, because not everyone wants or has a Twint. PostFinance was perfect local transaction provider in this app. Although I am satisfied with customer service and my purchase experience in this app (easy to order and return), the app itself has some room for improvent, such as specific search relevancy, increased capacity wishlist and bring back PostFinance .?

★★☆☆☆ They had a sale on 1.8.2024, and they have cancelled all orders from that day, more than 8 hours after the order was placed, saying that they had technical issues. Very unprofessional app/website/company...you name it

★★☆☆☆ I made an order yesterday, and this morning they email me that they cancel it, whiteout my permission and of course all the products are still available today, but with higher prices! Shame on you ABOUT YOU, it's the last time when I order from you! I can't believe u did that, I thought you're one of the most serious site of brand clothes, but obviously I was wrong!
