Easy to use and less expensive than J-Pay. With all the money they get they should lower the fees or offer a reward system. Even better help the people incarcerated with a charitable program of some sort. I would feel better about giving them my money if they did that. Of course none of these places do it to be charitable lol I understand they are doing it to make money.

This is the worst website or correctional facility I have ever tried to sign into and send money video visits or communicate with in my entire life of dealing with inmates and I have been inmate myself quite a few times I've created a new account because they said that the one I had could not be used because the password issues I've reset password reset username of created a new email account new password, and it still will not let me log in it is garbage, and I'm unable to communicate with my lov
