I've noticed the back soft key doesn't appear to work whenever the QR code is on the screen. I have to hit the back arrow at the top of the app window in order to move back on the app. The soft key appears to work every other time.

First time I have ever had to experience anything similar to what this is intended for. It's not difficult by any means and I have even seen a number of other people that have been in a place that required the successful responses. But from the standpoint of a family member or a visitor. It's a requirement made by my employer, and I am really glad the process is not difficult to get through

No network connection error for months. If it worked before but doesn't work now that means you need to reverse the code that broke. Useless app now. Edit in response: it still has not been resolved

Had to download a previous version of app to even get the sign in and sign out and choose a facility to come up. If you are having the same issues the most recent version is 2.2.3 so just Google accused app download and find a version before 2.2.3. I found one 1.6.5 and it works flawlessly.

It stopped working, it just keeps going back to the questions and does not allow me to sign in. I have Uninstalled twice. Disappointed
