★★★★★ Really great exercises with video demo and written explanation. You can personalize it to suit the type of injury and stage of recovery, and progress to harder exercises as you improve. The app will remind you to do your exercises 3 times a day. I paid for the subscription and had a video session with Nirtal, which was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and generous with his time, and I would thoroughly recommend this app to anyone looking for good physio exercises for an ACL injury.

★★★★★ I tore Patellar Tendon, and before I found Cur ovate, I could only afford to go to Physical Therapy once per week at $90 per Session. With Cur ovate I could pay about $10 per month and do Physical Therapy everyday multiple times per day. Plus I tried a Video Session and the thoroughness during the session and in the reporting after the session was elite! I'm 10 degrees from 140 degrees! I recommend this to everyone recovering from knee surgery.

★★☆☆☆ There's no free version. It doesn't even tell you that you are in a 5-day trial over you log in or that that's what you are going to get with you sign up. I'm thinking it's free. There is no free option. The app closes a lot. Chat doesn't work and neither does' feedback. There's no option to delete my account.

★★☆☆☆ Useless, In 3 minutes it gave me trial expired and pay. Not even 5 minutes of trial. Edit: I just installed the app 5 minutes ago, registered and opened the 3 minutes later it gave the message.

★★☆☆☆ Hi, downloaded installed and when the opening page comes up. GET STARTED it opens a webpage briefly and returns to the GET STARTED have uninstalled reinstalled. 26/2/24 Still trying with uninstall and reinstall restarts etc. etc. seems it would be a great app to help with recovery but still can't get past the front page Get Started. I'm on Android version 14
