I've always known I should've started investing ASAP, but never did. It just seemed like some daunting task I didn't want to get into yet. One night I decided to try this app that was recommended to me by a friend and wow. Acorns made it so easy to start. All I needed to do was to input my info and my goals to start investing! There is a small subscription fee, but it's worth it for how easy acorns made it to invest. I'm super thankful to acorns now that I've started to invest for my future!

Poor investment experience. 4 different tiers of subscription levels just to give them your money to play with. Extremely long wait periods for any transfers and most annoying part is they'll force you into paying another month while every cent clears your account. Some free apps provide far more assistance saving/investing, and they actually treat you like a valued user since you are trusting them with your money (chime) is on that comes to mind.

They won't let me set up a checking account because the USPS has my address screwed up in its database, despite the fact that they deliver my mail to me every day, it's the same address I have at my primary bank account, it's on my driver's license, I live here, etc. etc... Acorn has decided my address is "not valid" regardless of all these facts.

Will lock accounts. You sign a contract that forbids lawsuits. Then they will arbitrarily decide to lock your account for totally reasonably acceptable fund transfers. Customer service is near non-existent. It seems I called them on off hours. I will possibly be contacting the SEC on these cheats. Acorns are slow on investment. You can earn more in the savings account than investing. Seems to point at cheating the books. Could go on but out of characters to continue
