★★★★★ All I can say is this app has been a significantly helped me. I diligently do the exercises and daily measures, work with my therapist by sharing it. I also love the videos - they really get the concepts down quite well

★★★★★ I think this app is great! Lots of informational content about ACT also very well presented. The sharing aspect with clinician is great. Because I can work closely with my therapist on applying ACT skills.

★★☆☆☆ Everything in the intro talks openly about CBT and DBT and does not even mention ACT. It's like they don't even know what ACT is. What a joke. Uninstall. And NO, ACT is basically the opposite of CBT, so don't lie about why you put the wrong therapy in there.

★★☆☆☆ It can not be used unless you register When I tried to register it said I should go to my gmail to get the code but when I did that app didn't save that page where I should have entered the code, so it asked again to register from the beginning Every time I tried to register it would cancel and the code I got would be useless Wth

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app, created a username and password, then was never able to use the app because I wasn't able to sign in anymore. Kicked it OFF my phone. Don't need the aggravation and neither do YOU.
