Always helpful when you have to go there but always have to wait ages if you have to telephone them and that's not helpful if you live outside of Shelby.

Booking portal unfit for purpose. Unable to block book lessons in advance. Unable to book an hour-long session but can book (and pay extra for) two half hour consecutive classes. The portal doesn't recognize when classes are not available, so you can book and pay for non-existent lessons and getting a refund is nigh on impossible. 3 weeks in I still haven't had a class or been refunded for half the classes that I paid for but which in reality weren't running. However, center staff are great 👍

Can't book onto classes I'm on the waitlist for because alerts don't come via the push settings. No option to change settings in the app.

Lol If you figure out how to login within the first 10 minutes, you'll be half an hour faster than me Click hamburger. Select Account. Get message saying you're not logged in. No button to login. Win!
