★★★★★ Nice app I can schedule all my Dr visits and keep everything in order.

★★★★★ Seems a bit glitchy, but I tested it to see how booking one of my appointments went and outside a scroll bar causing some display screen flashes at the bottom it worked on my android. The zoom link came through, and I received a confirmation email. I hope they can make it more visually appealing soon. Note that it is a client only portal, so it's not for managing appointments as a business but for clients to schedule. I like that there is no login! Makes it easier for clients.

★★☆☆☆ I get a confirmation email when I book classes but nothing shows up in the app or website under Upcoming Appointments. Pointless app.

★★☆☆☆ I love acuity online, but am glad I tested out the app before offering subscriptions to clients! It worked the first time... I created a mock client account to test out what scheduling would be like on their end. After coming back to it later, the app won't show any subscriptions or packages purchased, won't let me cancel/book appointments as the client, and keeps throwing out "network error", "error code 400", and "error code 500". Hard to recommend for clients to use.

★★☆☆☆ Frustrating. I could schedule my appointment but never see my appointments. It always says error when I schedule the appointment, but it's in the salons schedule as set. I have to add my credit card every single time I book. I don't like this program.
