You have installed temporary cable in our society compound 2/3 months back that is also direct connection, which is very risky after that nobody has come to remove open cable and make it permanent. Since then there is frequently "no supply" issue. I request you to remove open cable and solve our problem by installing permanent cable.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC APP. It won't let me log into my account no matter what I do even if I enter the correct pin the app says it's wrong, if I select the forgot pin option and go through the whole process and then enter the new password the app says it's wrong, the website is also not helpful as it doesn't even recognize the email that I registered my account to begin with. Wanted to give zero stars, but that's not even an option on Google Play Store so keep this one star

If you have any intention to sell flat in the future, never download this application, as they keep on asking you to PAY BILLS OF SOLD FLAT FOR MONTHS. Better pay bills of electricity or piped gas through PHONE PE or Amazon they are without any HEADACHE. Application doesn't have any provision whereby USER CAN DELETE THE CONNECTION OF SOLD FLAT.
