App is good but many operational airports like Siem reap Angkor(SAI) are not listed so can't book. Old non-functional airport (REP) is listed which is not useful.

Adani one will not refund hefty convenience fees charged while Booking flights even if flight gets cancelled by airlines. Book at your own risk

Purchased a flight cancellation ad on. Now, to claim the money for flight cancellation, I need to follow a long-drawn process with Liberty insurance where I need to upload the bank details of the traveler. The money should have simply been return to the original method for payment, without bringing a third party like Liberty insurance

I had a very bad experience booking hotel from their app. The hotel shown was a 3 star, when we went there were cockroaches all around. We checked out within an hour and when asked for a refund they asked for pictures of cockroaches, am I supposed to catch and click. Customer support was really, really bad. Don't use.
