This is a fantastic tool for anyone who wants to get fit, or stay fit. You don't have to be in the ADF, or planning to join to get real value from it. Workouts can be tailored to your fitness level, and there are videos to teach you correct technique. On recovery days you get useful articles to read and/or podcasts to listen to. So what are you waiting for? Get this app and get fit! Your body and mind will thank you for it.

Downloaded today. Logged in, filled in some details, sets the workout, but when I click to view it, the entire app crashes. Crashes every time I try to open it.

During my phone interview with one of the guys from the Army, he mentioned this app, and so I downloaded it. I've tried MULTIPLE times to get my fitness plan set up - starting at the beginning of the following week - and it keeps 'trying' to load the plan, but nothing actually loads. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I have a Samsung S23+ and the app is BROKEN! Please fix so that MAYBE I can get my fitness plan started
