The sign-up takes forever and when I tried getting a powerbank it keeps saying unidentified biometrics. So I paid a fee for no service

First, My phone was flat, so I had to find a charger to rent a powerbank. This makes no sense. Next, The app is buggy and crashes on Galaxy S24. I also didn't like that I had to give the app so much access to my personal info and allow location, and that it track me continuously. Then, the Sign-up process was difficult and was charged twice for loading bank card. Lastly, the powerbank doesn't have fast charge, so you are tethered to the powerbank for 2 hours. Great idea. Execution is flawed

Sign up was a breeze and got the first Power bank easily. I returned it later that day also was a breeze. Couldn't get another one at all. Whenever I press power up on the app it goes to the camera but doesn't specify what I should be pointing this at. When I go to a power station it says:" let's get it popping" for like 5 minutes then reverts to the home screen without releasing a power bank. Quite disappointed really.
