I use this to circumvent customer service and answer all/any ?s I have. It's informative and easy to navigate/use. A link to chat right off the bat would be nice skipping the bot and insuing ?s. As informative as the app is, I would say....if you can't find your answer yourself, you need a representative. Bots are annoying. Anyway.... Aside from that minor inconvenience, this app is awesome.

Fingerprint login is useless and is blocking the login process. I've never been able to pay through the APP.

Beware of auto-pay: Not only will it have you pay twice a month but if you miss an "auto-pay" it'll charge you a $12 fee for them being unable to auto-pay even though your bill isn't due. Just ridiculous

Have to Uninstall and reinstall eberytime I log in. Called for help and was told to just pay as a guest.
