I was with Aetna last year. Great coverage. This year, I was lied to. The now Aetna/Cvs benefits card only gives Otc $100 & no longer offers grocery allowance. I wish I had known this before I paid for the coverage. The agents tell you will be getting the monthly allowance, only quarterly. That is a lie. I will no longer have Aetna as my health insurance. I have already switched. Not only that, they have emerged with Cvs. Cvs lied about my sons prescriptions there. Goodbye, Aetna and Cvs.

1/24/25. I still Can't sign Into app or website. Both said they having technical issues. After app update, still can't sign in into app or website. Both still claim having" technical issues ". Please fix. Need to find a doctor.
