★★★★★ Intuitive and clear layout, much easier to use than most other banking apps. Transaction history on cards/accounts shows a running subtotal to make review easy. Updates have never broken or changed any core functionality of almost a decade of using the app.

★★★★★ Been using Affinity for years, always a smooth experience, and easy to contact customer service! Great banking with Affinity!

★★★★★ I am new to mobile deposit and struggled a bit with the instructions but did make it through.

★★☆☆☆ The statements are showing all accounts except credit cards.

★★☆☆☆ External transfers stopped working. App does not respond when tapping link. Overall app is in need of a redesign. It's mostly a web browser shell in its current state. Mobile check deposit is a poor experience compaired to BoA's mobile app. Needs serious work. UPDATE: As of 10/15/24, app has completely stopped functioning. Crashes at startup and unable to access account. Reinstalling does not fix the issue.

★★☆☆☆ Horrendous app and website. Location finder is useless and if anyone actually tried to use it they would see how it just doesn't work. Peewee reviews your website and app and make them usable.
