★★☆☆☆ A family member booked for a hotel for 7 nights in Seoul and was told by hotel only 6 nights were booked. Funny part the hotel said their booking was secured via agoda AND expedia. Contacted agoda cs, but they REFUSE to acknowledge their mistake and even tried to brush off their error. Not reliable at all. Best part, my family was OVERCHARGED than the amount reflected in the booking. Daylight robbery and POOR service. Won't recommend agoda to anyone.

★★☆☆☆ Recent had done a booking through agoda for a resort, at the last moment the booking was cancelled by agoda stating that card n personal details were not updated, but I had already updated my details thrice which was also confirmed from agoda, the property also confirmed the booking but agoda cancelled and I did not get any cashback moreover had to pay additional 18-20k extra since had planned a surprise for my son n wife to celebrate our 2nd child so couldn't cancel the booking.
