Easy to enter a service request. My reason for not giving 5 ⭐️s is the Trade Service Call Fee of $100! Every year, the price of the Service Call increases by $25! At some point, the price won't be worth it, but for now, We will continue our plan.

I just downloaded the latest version of the AHS app (Version 1.0.7) onto my Samsung S23 Ultra and the app keeps freezing up after selecting the three bar icon in the top right corner on the dashboard screen. This leads to the “Welcome home” message. I can access my Account information with the available choices: My Service Plan; Account; Communication Preferences; Get Help. When I press the big “X” in the top right corner, most of the time, nothing happens. The “X” should exit this screen.

AHS deletes estimates, makes sketchy excuses for poor communication, doesn't answer straightforward questions, denies claims under false premises (even after they were initially approved and accepted), and changes/deletes records from your account without notice or explanation. Supervisors are impossible to get a hold of. Screenshot before proceeding with any interaction and record your phone calls.

I cannot wait two weeks for the oven to get fixed. The price you want just to make a house call is the same as Emerald Appliances' same-day fix, minus the 2 week wait + I got this insurance because I had a roof leak, and you upgraded me so that I was covered, so I was told but then when the time came to do the job you suddenly don't cover that, so I pay $4400 this year ...go away cancell my year is up I'm paid in full March 25th and I opt out of auto-renewal of this contract sinc. Kd
