It was very easy to follow and complete the health check on the app. It does require me to login often and set up my PIN code despite me putting the same information in each time which gets frustrating but overall I'm happy with the benefits I get from the program.

What a waste of an app. The old app was great! This new one is the worst app I've ever had. My Samsung watch now won't sync for 5 days. Just a waste of my rewards. To think it's 2024, app functions like it's 1990s. Also, if I don't log in after 7 days, I have to reset my whole log in. How unusual?? Why can't it just stay logged in? Like every other apps. Is it that hard to keep people logged in, if it is then AIA should think about using a different programmer, for the benefit of the users.

Keeps logging me out of the app without frequent use. Now, it won't even sync with any of the apps - just an endless loading screen whilst trying to pair with Google Fit & Samsung Health, even uninstalling doesn't fix.
