Poorly designed. Not at all obvious on how to switch boarding passes, and too easily closes windows with the wrong thumb swipe. Especially annoying when trying to input information, and having to start all over again

The most infuriating experience. I've tried on and off for years now to add my wife to my aeroplan family plan. I must be on my third different device now with this app and every time I fill out the form and hit send to invite her I get a message stating "Something went wrong. Please try again." I'm trying to book a flight using my points. I've got everything selected, and the last step is the app calculating the points used and the remaining balance. It's just spinning, and I can't actually book.

Doesn't work most of the time. Each time I try to search for flights, it keeps giving me an "unexpected error" message. Such a frustrating experience! Then on my most recent trip, it kept saying that my trip does not exist, even though it was showing on the app for my outbound flight- but for inbound one, it deleted itself and kept saying there's no such booking. Air Canada, you're better than this! Do better!

App is so broken. Points are not accurate, family sharing is gone, and the tracker is still unavailable. Come on Air Canada.
