★★★★★ I love this product! Please note that the app alone is useless without the hardware. This app controls the airQ air sensor

★★★★★ Works surprisingly well compared to other air quality apps I've used. Love the custom graphs feature. A few bugs (already reported) regarding the health index (H2S) and graphing. Also, the graphs occasionally are missing several hours worth of data and don't update to the current time until after midnight EST in the US. Would like some transparency regarding the exact formula for the health and performance indices. Otherwise, very pleased with the quantity, quality, and accessibility of the data.

★★☆☆☆ There's just so much wrong I can barely touch the surface. Examples: - The history goes back half an hour, for details you have to most tediously navigate a few masks. - The PM values on my device are suddenly off by factor 1000. No instructions on cleaning available where "helpful" tips are. - A year ago an AI consultant was promised. Not a trace, and I don't expect "AI" to improve where "I" is yet to be found. UX is absolutely terrible for a device I paid €600 for. This is hardly a beta.
