Air courts double charged me for a reservation using direct account debit. I emailed them explaining this, and contacted them on their website, and neither attempt generated any sort of reply, even though the customer support's online web chat confirmed that my message was read by a girl named Barbara from Málaga, Spain. The app isn't bad, but illegal appropriation of money and having no customer support is terrible 😔
