★★☆☆☆ Not sure if my issue is with the app or the units, but I'm assuming it's with the app because at 6AM this morning both units simultaneously turned off from auto to manual on full blast and woke me up (no boost set for 6AM). The air quality feature seems to be useless as the only time it really shows anything is when I turn the fan up. You'd think that shouldn't change if its auto-detection works. These were very expensive units, and I'm now worried I may have made a mistake in buying them.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. Cannot add more than one device. And even the one device causes the app to glitch. Spent extra money to get the "intelligent" option that's certainly not intelligent.

★★☆☆☆ For being a new smart product this doesn't receive frequent updates, it's been nearly a year since anything updated. Also, I have a returned air filter under warranty that won't delete from the app, because it is not online, of course it's exchanged, but support doesn't seem to understand why it won't delete, just states they've escalated it to their technicians. I also can't add or modify rooms, so is this product not a priority? It only controls the basic functions, so it does do that.
