WARNING! My husband bought our flight tickets on Airpaz, but the airline canceled the flight. The app did not notify users about the cancellation and continued to display the original schedule. Additionally, after a debate with customer service, they agreed to change the refund from an e-voucher to our original payment method, but it takes 3 MONTHS and still charged a PROCESSING FEE, claiming it was because we used their app to purchase the ticket for the canceled flight. WHAT A JOKE!

BEWARE.!! Airpaz is the WORST app for booking flights. They don’t notify users of flight schedule changes or cancellations by airlines. The app continues to show and send notifications for the original schedule, even if it’s already canceled by airlines. They claim to be "Refundable", but this is a BIG LIE. Instead, they issue a voucher valid for one year and charge a cancellation fee, even when it’s the airline’s fault. STAY AWAY from Airpaz.!!
