Very reliable and the drivers are always helpful. I have travelled on the hopper many times over the last 7 years and I always got a very good service. One time my friend left his bag pack on the hopper. We went back for it later that day and wiht the help of a driver we got the bag pack back.

Tried to register using the app but couldn't. They email you a code to enter and the final registration page but got an error message. Tried twice and it failed.

Makes you confirm both email and phone, never sends the email/text code, so you actually can. What a waste of time. Tried creating a new account, can't get past the sign-up page. Been about six hours, and our preflight code requests still haven't arrived. Don't bother.
