★★☆☆☆ I recently made an exchange for a shirt and while the time of exchange the executive said there has to be a barcode in order to complete the exchange. But then I never received any barcode with the package, so the exchange was rejected. But the worst part is when I approached the customer care they simply asked me to return the product and make a new order, but then the delivery charges as well as the platform fee never gets refunded. Like why should I take a loss while it's your mistake !!

★★☆☆☆ Worst app Ordered red kurta🍒 for festival and got yellow kurta🟡. Ajio is simply colorblind. I have made a complaint and still no action. Pick was also denied as wrong item was delivered to me and delivery man on my face said item isn't matching. First you send us incorrect item then while pick up delivery man do not pick up stating if I pick up, Your refund might stick ask customer care to remove item photo. I have suffered alot. I'll never shop again from Ajio. Poor services never trust Ajio app
