Need to visit and wait for expiry of residence to update is the only option available with the application. Request to provide an option in the application.

★★☆☆☆ It is very disappointing that such a reputed company has not tested the application properly. 1. I tried to log in, and it asked me to send an OTP. However, the only option available was WhatsApp OTP, which did not work. When I contacted customer care, they confirmed that the WhatsApp OTP feature is currently not functional. 2. When I tried to send money, the app required me to select a purpose for the transaction to proceed. However, there was no option anywhere on the screen to enter that.
