★★☆☆☆ Alder Security is HORRIBLE!!! Do not get a security system from this company. The monthly service is expensive, and they don't want to send out technicians for camera issues.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT GET THIS SECURITY SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service is horrible, my system has NOT worked properly since I installed it. When you call the help desk every person you speak with says something different and never honors what has already been documented in your account. I am still waiting for them to send me parts for my front door sensor, still nothing, and it's been a month. Forget this contract, I am having my attorney look into this company. Spectrum promotes this company.
