The biometric verification process in your app is frustrating and inefficient. When the camera opens, users have no control over it, and the flash automatically turns on, reflecting off the fingers and obstructing the fingerprint capture. Despite multiple attempts, the camera often fails to capture prints, resulting in timeouts. I suggest providing control over the flash and autofocus, and allowing users to switch between camera and fingerprint sensor for verification. It'll improve experience

I'm rating it 1 because of their cheap notifications for product advertise on Credit card, and there is no way to stop those notifications. I'm very disappointed with this behavior, I really liked it, but not anymore, will not use it anymore.

Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Issues. I am extremely disappointed with this app and the bank's customer service. Despite raising multiple queries and complaints, there has been no response or resolution. They automatically close complaints without addressing the issues, leaving customers frustrated and helpless. This is unacceptable for a banking service that should prioritize customer satisfaction. Until the bank improves its responsiveness and resolves issues properly, I cannot r

Their technical team is totally incompetent, they change in the application but never test before launching. Customer do calls again and again to their helpline so sort out their queries. Worst experience with Alfa.
