★★☆☆☆ Dispute charges are very high, Very poor response. My transfer to India got initiated but not credited. While I call the call center regarding this issue, they simply said the transaction declined by intermediate bank and debited more than 500 SAR which is not refundable. So I lost 500 SAR for nothing. I strongly recommend not to use this app. Use the money in the Alina wallet and say goodbye....

★★☆☆☆ Don't send your money through Alina pay. They will intentionally keep your transfer in manual when you contacted them they will return the money which is less around 150SAR. I have tried to transfer 4k on Feb. After 5 days they refunded 3858SAR and said problem in receiving end. So I tried for another account to transfer with the 3858 Now they refunded back same way by 3739 SAR. So my money is not reached to my country and I lost 261 SAR. So think wisely to transfer.
