★★★★★ I like the app, but I really have no idea what product recommendations are based on. Once I bought phone case, and then they showed me Whiskas in my recommendations. Another time I bought rice flour and in my recommendation appeared a religion book. And the notifications about checking my recommendations really piss me off. Can you please fix this?

★★☆☆☆ I ordered goods on 26th of November 2024. The original expected date of delivery was 3 Dec 2024. I received notification on 3 Dec 2024 the package will be delivered "today" but when I open the details the package has not left China until 16 Dec 2024. I was not informed about the delay. I am hugely unsatisfied, and I will never order anything again from this online trash site.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible application with the worst filter ever. I always leave the app totally frustrated without buying anything. They don't have proper human review of categories of products. The app uses automated translation and messes up your search. When you look for soft shell ladies' jacket, it finds maybe 3 from the same company, but in different color and rest is not soft shell. So it is pointless to filter anything. When you filter material, size and color, and hood, you'll end up with no choice.

★★☆☆☆ Can't choose to english language After I uninstall and reinstall I can't change to choose English language

★★☆☆☆ Do modern app makers think everyone in a particular country speaks the language? Or the target customers are only locals? When apps were on java and symbian, the first option you got when you opened an app was to select language. That was 20 years ago... I thought the future was bright back then. Two instances you're missing out on- 1. British customer in Britain buying a gift for his friend on his birthday, 2. A foreigner who just arrived in the Czech Republic and wants some stuff for his apartment
