Almost ready to cuss em all out! Then, Magic happened. After months of delay in getting my AP4000 solar generator, my unit couldn't update & the app was totally useless! I left a message asking for answers & the Chinese holiday left me waiting even longer. We simply have to be patient with this company. They mean well, but they don't get it right the first time. I was ready to cuss em all out, then I get a message today, opened up the app & everything worked. Thank you for working & fixing it!

Doesn't connect to Bluetooth at all. Only connects to Wi-Fi once, and then you have to start all over again the next time you need ta use this rubbish app. Piece of poop garbage! The unit itself is also pooped. It randomly goes into various errors for no rhyme or reason. Once the unit goes into any kind of random error, the UPS function turns itself off. This makes it impossible to use as a UPS unless you sit right next to the unit 24 hrs a day to keep resetting the errors. Avoid promptly!

Zero devices show up in the Bluetooth settings. There is nothing to select because no device show. What a stupid App. Can only think that this company is lead by stupid people who should not be making these items. Should have known better. I'm selling this junk and buying another Eco Flow station. Should have read the ratings before buying so that's on me. Not having a working App... That's on All powers. Shame on you people for not making sure your items do what you say they should do.
