This app is an entrapment into extortion, bullying and fraud. Here's what
will happen: you get a price for a journey that's a little off-piste, but
still local to Basingstoke. You book the journey. The price turns out to be
wrong, and when the driver demands you pay 40% more than the app quoted
you, and you ask to speak to the control center and dispute their charge,
they will threaten you with calling the police if you don't pay the
inflated price. Not nice for a lady being driven home late at night with
her last £20 carefully saved to cover the journey as quoted.

Really buggy app that kind of works a quarter of the time...sort of. Don't
use to try and book a taxi.

App is so, but the drivers' ability to keep accepting jobs and then heading towards you only to cancel it is next to none, office staff very rude and unhelpful and advance booking is useless and your never going to get it on time.
