I try to scan an item, I follow all directions with a clear logo and picture, but it still doesn't read it. The other times I've tried to scan, it is the wrong item, and is unable to be deleted from my shelf. Edit: It now scans items which is the function of the app. However, it gives a very vague statement about the items, and I don't feel as I learned much about the item or what to use instead
