★★★★★ I like most of the features of my Alexa devices. But programming a morning routine is difficult. I used to be able to get daily "day in history" with the history skill. Now I get a repeat of the same thing every day. I don't understand why it keeps repeating the same days! I deleted my whole morning routine, and now I can find how to set it up again. They keep changing the app and it's frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ Every power outage I have to go in and reboot all the echos to reconnect. I also lose connection to devices at random and have to put them in paring mode to reconnect them

★★☆☆☆ The alexa device is good but the app to control that device sucks, it doesn't respond well, it's like the app is getting hang or bugging and many more, like if given a command the app will take a while to respond.

★★☆☆☆ Total waste of time. Updated app followed the instructions 5 times each time. "You need to connect t ok BBC sounds" Updated that still same message. Will not connect to Alexa smart speaker.

★★☆☆☆ Voice recognition is a bit low. We need to shout Alexa.
